The contractor shall provide sufficient number of qualified employees to staff and operate the DEA clinic located at 600 Army Navy Drive, Arlington, VA. The services includes providing the DEA and United States Marshall Services (USMS)employees, agents and applicants with complete physical examinations and specialized laboratory tests. The examinations and laboratory tests shall be used to assist in determining if there any disabilities or limitations employees, agents or agent applicants may have which may require accommodation or that would prohibit Special Agents and Special Agent Applicants from participating in defense tactics and dangerous assignment. Additional health care services are required for DEA employees and agents in the Newark Field Division located in Newark, New Jersey and the New York Field Division locataed in New York City, New York including the New York Division laboratory. The contractor shall be responsible for providing the facilities, staff, materials and equipment necessary for the examination services to be conducted with the New York and Newark Field Division. The contractor facilities shall be located within a 25 mile radius of the DEA facilities. Period of performance is October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001, with four twelve month option periods. The Government anticipates the award of a fixed price, requirements contract resulting from this solicitation. The Standard Industrical Classification (SIC)is 8011.
