The Scope of Work, includes, but is not limited to, minor restoration and cleaning, and the fabrication of museum-quality displays (Plexiglas vitrines, wood pedestals and wood/fabric backboards, for example) for the individual pieces of artwork. The artwork is currently in storage in a warehouse in Oklahoma City, OK. It shall be transported to the contractor's facility for cleaning and restoration work, fabrication of displays, etc. It shall then be transported to the new display location in Edmond, OK and installed. All shipping, transportation, freight, insurance, crating, packaging, labor, time, materials, design, mail, telephone facsimile, and other incidental charges shall be included in the contractor's price.
