Lindley and Mr. Ted Williams of General Design, Inc. to present several 2-day training courses entitled, "Highway Utility Coordination Issues." Mr. Lindley and Mr. Williams are the designers of this course and both have accumulated encyclopedic knowledge of anecdotal information from various states in which they have made presentations. The Highway Utility Coordination Issues Training Course addresses issues of joint usage of rights-of-way by both transportation agencies and utility companies. This course will also serve as an instructor training course for FHWA personnel who will learn to teach the course material with behavioral objectives in mind by knowing the intent as well as the content of the course. Because Mr. Lindley and Mr. Williams designed the course and have the in-depth knowledge and expertise required to present this training course, they are the only source available that can serve as presenters and instructor trainers for the Highway Utility Coordination Issues Course.
