New office walls will be steel studs with painted sheet rock. New ceilings will be suspended acoustical tile. Floor covering in office spaces will be commercial grade carpet. Bathrooms will have tile floors with vinyl wallcoverings. Install new HVAC system to support new office spaces. Install new latrines. Exit doors will be installed that comply with current life safety codes. Extend fire sprinkler system below new suspended ceiling. Install new lighting consisting of fluorescent fixtures in suspended ceiling system. New convenience power, telephones, and computer cabling to support density of a modern office environment. Power, phones, and computer will be distributed by using distribution overhead concealed above suspended ceilings and dropped to point of use using power poles. New electric service equipment will be provided for the increased loads due to office equipment and air conditioning. Utility connections for domestic water, sewer, new electrical service and placement of chillers to support the new HVAC system will be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. Network Analysis System will be Required.
