Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to drill a test hole and construct a domestic water well approximately 300 feet deep with 6-inch casing to obtain a flow yield of 32 gpm. The well shall be developed, pump tested, cleaned and disinfected. A pitless adapter will be furnished and installed and water analysis tests performed. Project location at the Browns Park National Wildlife Refuge in Moffat County, Maybell Colorado. The request for quotation will be issued on or about November 5, 1999. Performance period is 45 calendar days. Acquisition is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Weather permitting, work could commence in the later part of November 1999 or early part of December 1999. Otherwise, work will commence in the spring of 2000. There is no charge for solicitation documents.
