All labor, parts supplies, equipment components needed to keep the system operating properly and efficiently shall be provided by the contractor. Companies responding shall be capable of providing timely professional maintenance for each buldings environmental mechanics and ensure that required levels of temperature and humidity are maintained. There will be a pre-proposal conference scheduled prior to proposal submission.
