Roofing types include gravel-surfaced hot and cold asphalt built-up roofing systems; modified bitumen systems, APP and SBS; ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM); fiberglass composition shingles; wood shingles/shakes; concrete and clay roof tiles; sheet metal; sealed seam steel roofing panel systems; and fluid applied elastomeric roof coatings. Waterproofing services consist of CMU block walls, concrete walls and foundations, stucco finished walls, metal and wooden siding, and door/window rehab or replacement. An Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity(IDIQ)type contract is contemplated for a basic and four (4) option years. This acquisition is being solicited under SIC Code 1761 and is restricted to eligible offerors IAW the Small Business Act, Section 8(a) that are serviced by the Small Business Administration District Offices located within Region IX (San Francisco, Santa Ana, LosAngeles, San Diego, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Honolulu, and Fresno).
