Solicitation is subject to Trade Agreements Act. This is an unrestricted solicitation. Delivery to CONUS (excluding Alaska)or Port of Embarkment. The intent of this solicitation is to request prices for a manufacturer's entire heavy material handling equipment product line. The Government anticipates continued recurring demand for these items. Anticipated contract type is a commercial requirements type contract(IAW FAR Part 12). Multiple award contracts will be placed with vendors for an individual product line. Only one (1) award will be placed for each manufacturer's product line. Product line is to included but not limited to: 1. Forklifts: ICE, electric, rough terrain, pallet trucks, walkie, walkie/rider, sideloaders. 2. Container Handlers, Reach Stackers. 3. Manlifts, platform lifts, scissor lifts, articulating boom lifts. 4. Warehouse tractors, tow tractors. 5. Utility vehicles, ATVs, burden carriers, golf carts. 6. Additional miscellaneousequipment not covered under Lots 1 thru 5 above. Life cycle parts support will included in the solicitation. The supplier shall sell to the buyer the items set forth in the supplier's commercial catalog. Such items may be refered to as "Products or end products", hereafter. Supplier may sell to the buyer any items or services incidental to the end product and any add-on items as needed to customize a piece of equipment to conform to the customer's requirements. Items may include but not limited to parts, options, attaachments and add-ons. Services may include but are not limited to repair, installation, extened warranties, training. etc. The terms of the resulting contracts are a three(3) year base with three (3) two (2) year options and a one (1) year option for a total of ten (10) possible years. Delivery shall be in accordance with supplier's best commercial practices.
