The General Services Administration (GSA) is re-issuing its solicitation covering Financial Asset Services under its Multiple Award Schedule program. This Request for Proposals (RFP) will remain standing with no closing date. The schedule was developed to enable any Government agency streamlined access to the expertise of contractors to assist the Government with the management, resolution, and/or disposition of various types of assets. Note that this is NOT a facilities, inventory, or property management procurement. The general types of commercial services covered under this solicitation include: (1) Program Financial Advisors; (2) Transaction Specialists; (3) Due Diligence and Support Services; (4) Loan and Other Asset Servicing/Management; and (5) Equity Monitoring and Oversight Services. Companies interested in any or all of the line items outlined above should review GSA's standing solicitation. The solicitation will be available ONLY via the Internet. GSA anticipates the solicitation to be issued on or about October 29, 1999 at its electronic posting system site at: www.eps.gov. In order to assist prospective offerors with the preparation of their proposals, GSA will conduct two training workshops on "How to Write a Proposal for Financial Asset Services" on November 19th and December 6th, 1999, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., in Crystal City, Arlington, Virginia.
