The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) seeks to replace its Human Resources (HR) /Payroll System for House staff with a state-of-the-art integrated client/server HR/Payroll Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) system that will meet the current (Year 2000 compliant) and future needs of the House. The system must be Year 2000 compliant and meet the technical, functional and interface requirements of the House.
