Site License for IDL/ENV1 500 seat multi platform. The period of performance shall be for one year, with a one year option to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No solicitation will be made available. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quotation with in 10 day of this publication. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within ten days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
