R -- FEDLINK INFORMATION RETRIEVAL SERVICES DELIVERY ORDER SOL IRSV/UM POC Tony Lembo, Contract Specialist The Library of Congress intends to issue a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement to renew a subscription with Bell & Howell Information and Learning Company for the continued use of their services by the Internal Revenue Service, Library, Office of Chief Counsel, (IRSV). Bell&Howell Information and Learning, aka University Microfilm Inc, offers Proquest Direct(online and CD products), document delivery and microform services under one agreement with FEDLINK. Bell&Howell Information and Learning offers reproductions of a large selection of periodicals, newspapers, journals, and other serial literature in microform available in the world. Student Reference Products are microform packages of full text primary source material, taken primarily from "The New York Times". Bell&Howell Information and Learning Research Collections offer collected works of historical value, as well as topics of contemporary concern in microform format. Also offers Phonefiche, a collection oftelephone directories on microfiche. Bell&Howell Information and Learning's 1.2 million doctoral dissertations and masters theses are preserved on microfilm and are available, on demand, in 35mm positive microfilm and 98-page-per-sheet positive microfiche for titles published after 1975.
