The Portland VA Medical Center is seeking commercially available services for the pickup and disposal of approximately 143,000 lbs. of general trash. Services performed at the Portland Division of the Medical Center will include pickup of a 40 yard compactor 1 time per week every Tuesday after 9:30 a.m.. Additionally at Portland is the pickup of a 30 yard open box dumpster approximately 6 times per month with at least 24 hours notice given prior to pickup. Services to be performed at the Vancouver Division of the Portland VA Medical Center include pickup of a 40 yard compactor 1 time per week every Thursday after 9:30 a.m.. Additionally at Vancouver is the pickup of a 30 yard open box dumpster approximately 2 times per month with at least 24 hours notice given prior to pickup. Services shall also include the pickup and disposal of a yard debris in a 30 yard wood box approximately 33 times per year with at least 24 hours notice given prior to pickup.
