A five year time and materials contract is anticipated. This solicitation is being restricted to F&M Manufacturing Robotic Systems Technology Division (RST) and Walker Power Systems (WPS)due to proprietary rights. Estimated issue date of the draft solicitation 29 Oct 99 and final solicitation is estimated for 12 Nov 99.
