36 -- PORTABLE CABLE LUBRICATOR SYSTEMS SOL N68335-00-R-0156 POC June Manganello (732) 323-2735 This procurement is for a quantity of two (pre-production units) air operated, portable cable lubricator systems that provide a quick and safe method of cleaning and lubricating wire rope onboard US Navy vessels. The system desired will consist of two main parts; a pump assembly, and an applicator assembly. In one pass of the cable through the applicator, the applicator will clean the buildup of old lubricant, dirt and grime from the grooves of the wire rope and then via pressure, uniformly apply lubricant to the core and exterior strands. Commercially available off-the-shelf- equipment and parts shall be used to fulfill this requirement. This procurement also provides provisions for submission of provisioning and other data. This contract will be a firm fixed priced indefinite delivery indefinite quantity for quantities up to 150 for a five year ordering period. Small Business Set-Aside SIC Code 3599 is applicable.
