Databases must be accessible by up to 10 users simultaneously not necessarily in the same location. Service must be available via a local phone number with access 24 hrs/day and an on-call help desk for troubleshooting. Wire copies must be available within a short timeframe after being filed with the service. All interested parties capable of providing the same type of service are encouraged to respond to this notice by submitting sufficient technical and cost information which demonstrates that capability.
