Administration (NASA) will be presenting the first-ever forum on
emerging commercial opportunities in aerospace and aviation, November
1-3, 1999 in the Miami Beach Fontainebleau Hilton. The event is
designed to foster new partnerships and technology transfers between
government and industry. Topic areas will include: Spaceports for
future "Spaceliners"; technology needs for 21st century space travel;
major new R&D initiatives in general aviation; and medical benefits
from the space program. Plenary sessions will offer primers on how to
do business with NASA and other federal agencies. At the opening
session on Nov. 1, Gen. Spence Armstrong, NASA's Associate

Technology, will provide an overview of NASA's Commercial Technology
Network, industy's gateway into the Space Agency and its multi-billion
