The work is located in the family housing areas, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station, New River, Jacksonville, North Carolina. Total Indefinite Quantity-Type Contract to be awarded for a period of 12 months commencing within 15 days after award. The government may extend the term of the contract for a term of one to twelve months, not to exceed 60 months. The proposed contract is 100% small business set aside. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having an average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $5,000,000.
