The Shock Mount Bumpers shall be manufactured in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 7052961 and NOR NUE 99023-16. Five First Article Shock Mount Bumpers and 995 production units are required. The approved first articles shall be delivered as part of the total production quantity. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination, Newport, RI. Five first article units shall be available for tests and inspections within 90 days after contract award along with appropriate material and material physical requirement certifications. Monthly production quantities consisting of two (2), one hundred (100) production unit lots shall be delivered commencing 60 days after acceptance of the first article samples. Delivery of option quantities(1,109), if exercised, shall commence after completion of the delivery of basic quantities or within 60 days of the exercise of option. Award will be made on a best value basis. Evaluation factors arepast performance and price. This procurement will be a Firm Fixed Price contract and Set aside for Small Business.
