Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, training opportunties, and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. This is a firm-fixed requirements type contract. Location of the facility shall be in Binghamton or Syracuse, New York areas. Estimated number of inmate days is 21,900 for two-year base period and 6,570 inmate days for option years one, two and three, respectively. Estimated RFP issue date is o/a December 3, 1999. Estimated closing date is January 10, 2000. Contract base period is two years with three one-year options to renew.
