The work includes removal work, reinforced concrete patios, entry roofs, and exterior storages, concrete unit masonry walls, glass unit masonry, modified bitumen sheet roofing, exterior insulation and finish system, metal doors, aluminum windows, blinds, architectural finishes, toilet and bath accessories, kitchen and vanity cabinets, accessible ovens and cooktops, range hoods, dishwashers, garbage disposals, plumbing, air conditioning, electrical work, and incidental related work. Exterior work includes demolition of units, asphaltic concrete pavement, sidewalks, and site improvement. Removal of asbestos containing resilient flooring and adhesive is included. The work is located as Lockwood Terrace, COMNAVMARIANAS, Guam, M.I. The performance period is phased for a total of 575 calendar days. The estimated price range is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 15 November 1999 for a $100 non-refundable charge for each set.
