The scope of work to be accomplished includes the operation, maintenance, and repair services for heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC&R), potable water systems including exterior distribution, food service equipment, and compressed air equipment and systems at Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, by means of a firm-fixed price and indefinite quantity contract. The term of the contract will be for a base period of eleven (11) months with options of four (4), twelve months periods, for a total duration of not to exceed 59 months.
