This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F4416 00 RA0007. Offerors must comply with all instructions in FAR 52.212-1 with submittal of their offer and provide all information. The Standard Industrial Classification Number is 7217 and the Business Size Standard is $3.5 million. The proposed contract action here is a small business set aside. Performance of contract will be at Summerfield military family housing complex in Landover, MD. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. STATEMENT of WORK: The contractor shall clean and deodorize carpet in an estimated 1,242 military housing units, maintenance management building (8251 Ridgefield Blvd) and the community center building (8601 Chatsfield Way). The number of units may vary by less than 2%. The estimated Square Footage is as follows: Line item (0001) 357 2-Bedroom units with approximately 628 Sq. Ft. per unit for a total of 224,217 Sq. Ft. Line item (0002) 680 3-Bedroom units with approximately 813 Sq. Ft. per unit for a total of 552,777 Sq. Ft. Line item (0003) 205 4 _ Bedroom units with approximately 909 Sq.
