PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The work includes environmental services and construction entailing a wide range of projects such as, but no limited to, AST/UST removal/replacement/remediation/testing, asbestos and lead abatement, spill response and clean-up actions, facility decontamination and demolition, soil and groundwater remediation, site characterization and assessment, along with paving and wetland and dredging operations. The work will be confined to the following States: Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Kentucky, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Colorado, Wyoming. Cost and technical proposals will be solicited for the subject proposal and award will be based on the most advantageous combination of price and overall technical rating that result in the best value award for the Government. This is not a time and materials contract, but rather an indefinite quantity contract and includes a base year plus (4) option years. All unit pricing is based upon utilization of an environmental unit price book and database. The Unit Price Book purchase will cost each offeror $400.00 to $500.00. The minimum amount to be ordered under this contract is $250,000.00. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The SIC code is 8744 and the size standard is 500 employees.
