The kits will be utilized on the CH-46E helicopter. The requirement covers a base period requirement of forty each with one (1) twelve month option period requiring forty each The total quantity is for eighty stubwing repair kits. This requirement is expected to be solicited on a sole source basis to Marion Composites, Marion, Virginia. However, all responsible sources may submit an offer, which, if timely received,will be considered. Numbered Notes 22, and 26 apply.
