Hawkins (214) 857-0032 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR part 12.6 and supplemented with information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation #549-39-00 is issued as request for proposals. Awarded contractor shall provide carts for use in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. Since space in the lab is defined, specifications established for the carts must be followed within very close tolerances. Carts and Accessories Specifications: 1. Two (2) -- Extended Cardiovascular Procedure Carts -Exterior dimension -- 24"D x 54"W x 36"H. -Top material -- 18-gauge Stainless Steel top and frame.-Sides material -- 18-gauge Powder pebble coated steel. Color -- White. -Pop up telescoping, non-hinged top allows cart to transform from 59"W to 86"W w/ seamless surface. -Four (4) 4" medical-grade, anti-static, locking wheels with 2" wheel stems for support. -Closed back to prevent blood splatter. -Two 6"D x 51 "W x 21"L metal drawers. Drawers have attaching 51" long metal dividers.-Open front with guide wire and boxed balloon holders. Six (6) metal dividers 10"H x 21"D. 2. Two (2) -- Metal Carts with Divided Shelves and Glass Doors. -Exterior Dimensions 27"D x 36 "W x 80 "H with four S-200 polymer bumpers. -Interior cart dimensions are 24"D x 31"W x 64"H. -Material is 20-gauge powder pebble coated. Shelves have raised flange in back of shelf to accept dividers and allow for clean wipe surface to prevent contamination. -25 metal Dividers 6"H x 21.75"W, have " rounded hook that attaches to front of shelf and has " back slot that fits into raised flange on the shelf. Each flange has 1/16" opening to accept metal dividers. -1" hat channel on bottom of shelf that will accept pullout hanger glide systems. 15. Twelve (12) Metal Dividers 18-gauge powder pebble coated steel. Color White. -- Dimensions 21.75"L x 6"H. Dividers have " rounded hook that attaches to front of shelf and have " back slot that fits into raised flange on the shelves. This will be a firm, fixed-price contract. Offerors shall specify cost of freight and whether freight is FOB Factory or Destination.
