The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 15 Contracting Office is issuing a solicitation for VA Medical Center, St. Louis, MO for On/Off Dialysis Packs. The Contractor shall provide kits that are Name Brand or Equal to the following items. The solicitation will list a description of what each kit must contain. All components of each kit must be individually packaged and sterile. "Or Equal" blood tubing sets offered must be made with two (2) different tubes, an aterial and a venous tube. They must have separate arterial and venous chambers and a non-invasive pressure sensor (no drip chambers). Kits are for use with the Cobe Century System 3 Hemodialyis machines. If offering "or Equal" products, a sample kit must be submitted with your quote for evaluation purposes. Kits are described as follows: Fistual Kit, 16 gauge needle, Name Brand or Equal to Gambro Product #014-108-0294C; Fistula Kit, 15 gauge needle, Name Brand or Equal to Gambro Product #014-108-0295C; Catheter Kit, Name Brand or Equal to Gambro Product #014-108-0296C. The contract period will be for one (1) base year, with four (4) one-year options to renew. Solicitation will be issued o/a 11/5/99 with quotes due o/a 11/30/99.
