This modification is threefold: (1) To provide the addresses for Fort Belvoir and Fort Hamilton. The addresses are: (A) Essayons Theatre/DSMC, Fort Belvoir-Bldg 219, 19th Street, Fort Belvoir, Virginia 22067 and (B) Chaplain Ben Stalling, Fort Hamilton Military Community, Post Chaplain Bldg 219, Grimes Road, Brooklyn, New York 11252. (2) To correct the time of the market survey conferences at Fort Belvoir and Fort Hamilton. The new time for the briefing at Fort Belvoir is 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. EST on the 9th of November 1999, and Fort Hamilton's new conference time on the 16th of November 1999 is 8:00 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. EST. As previously stated on the original CBD, the Washington briefing will cover the National Capitol Region (Fort Belvoir, Fort Myer and Fort Meade) requirements. The Fort Hamilton briefing will address the Fort Hamilton Miltiary Community requirements and finally, (3) all individuals planning to attend the market conference must RSVP no later than November 8, 1999, 1:00 P.M.
