The Service Provider (SP) shall perform tasks as a part of the United States Army Network Engineering and Telecommunications Activity (USANETA) to plan, engineer, integrate, implement, and install new United States Army Signal Command (USASC) and Forces Command (FORSCOM) Command, Control, Communications, and Computer (C4)systems for supporting the warfighter and integrate new technological upgrades to the warfighter's existing systems on behalf of the Department of the Army(DA)and Department of Defense (DOD) on a worldwide basis. Specific functional areas under consideration include Project Management Support, Administrative Support, Engineering Support, Telecommunications Support, and Automated Network and Information Systems Operations.
