purpose of this contract is to provide wildlife management and control
personnel, equipment, labor and tools to eliminate or minimize the
hazards to safe air and support operations at Dover AFB, Delaware.
These measures will include, but are not limited to, the use of border
collies, radio controlled model airplanes, harassment, trapping,
relocation, depredation, airfield/airdrome patrol, and perimeter fence
monitoring. Period of performance is from 1 February 2000 through 30
September 2000 with two option periods. Option Year One is from 1
October 2000 through 30 September 2001. Option Year Two is from 1
October 2001 through 30 September 2002. (Dates are estimated. Check
actual solicitation.) This requirement is 100% set-aside for small
business. The solicitation is available over the Internet only; NO HARD

incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently
for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective
offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must
have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE CODE). The
government award will be based on _best value_ with the evaluation
factors set forth in the solicitation. The government reserves the
right to award to other than the lowest price. If the Contracting
Officer determines that the number of proposals that would otherwise be
in the competitive range exceeds the number at which an efficient
competition can be conducted, the Contracting Officer may limit the
number of proposals in the competitive range to the greatest number
that will permit an efficient competition among the most highly rated
