T -- ADVANCED WARFIGHTING VIDEO REPRESENTATIONS SOL N66001-99-D-8600 POC Cynthia Zantjer 619-553-7640 The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SPAWARSYSCEN SAN DIEGO) intends to issue a contract modification, on a sole source basis, to expand the scope of contract no. N66001-99-D-8600 with Four Square Productions. This modification is being awarded in accordance with the provisions of Parts 12 and 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The contract currently provides for production of programmable multi-media video representations of advanced warfighting concepts to understand the effects of advanced technologies in communication, information management, decision support, human system interaction and cognition on operations, functions and requirements for future command, control, computers, communications, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) environments. The modification provides for a level-of-effort increase to cover the growth in complexity of on-going productions. The estimated value of the contract modification is $450,000.00.
