Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to repair parking garage deficiencies in accordance with the specifications and drawings at Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 West Tenth Street, Indianapolis, IN. Work includes, but is not limited to selective demolition, earthwork, asphalt paving, sealing and marking, concrete work, grouting, installation of waterproofing system, landscaping and associated work under Project No. 583-PK4308. The cost range is between $1,000,000 -- $2,000,000. SIC Code 1771 applies. This is a request for proposals. Soliciatation packages will be available O/A 11/15/99 with proposals due approximately 30 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation. A non-refundable fee of $50.00 is required for each solicition package requested. Payment is to be made ONLY be certified chedk, money order, or cashier's check made payable to the Department of Veterans Affairs. A maximum of two (2) sets will be issued to firms intending to submit an offer as prime contractor and one (1) set to subcontractors. Award is subject to availability of funds.
