The U.S. EPA, National Risk Management Research Laboratory has a requirement for Programmable Continuous Flow Syringe Pump with Spare Parts Package. This procurement has been designated as 100% Small Business Set-Aside and will be processed under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. The SIC code is 5049. The pumps shall deliver either a programmable flux (flow) from 0.01 ul/min to 50 ml/min or constant pulse free pressure controllable from 0 to 10,000 psi (68 MPa) handling fluid viscosities from asphalt to liquefied gases. The Dual cylinder shall be programmable such that it can either be used to provide continuous flow (i.e. refill one cylinder while the other cylinder is discharging) or gradient injections varying the composition of the combined fluid with different programmable rates in the two cylinders. Pumps shall be compatible with solvents such as TCE, PCE, and MEK ethoxylated alcohols such as Brij 97 and other alcohols as well as organic compounds dissolved in water. A spare parts package shall be provide which includes all replaceable parts for a syringe including seals and ferules and shall be compatible with the pump.
