This is a notice of intent from the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) to procure, on an Other than Full and Open Competitive basis, the disassembly and delivery of a Plasma Arc Hazarous Waste Treatment System (PAHWTS) from Lockheed Martin Corp., Advanced Environmental Systems, Retech Division, 301 South State Street, Ukiah, CA 95482. The Contractor shall disassemble the system, prepare the PAHWTS for trans-continental shipment, and ship the entire PAHWTS to the Naval Base in Norfolk, VA for storage. Delivery of the PAHWTS shall occur 180 days after award of the contract. Numbered Notes 22 and 26 are applicable.
