Provide and install grocery store shelving for complete store resets at various locations in the continental U.S. (CONUS) and outside the continental U.S. (OCONUS). Shelving is metallic, adjustable, cantilever, heavy duty, gondola/island type or half-gondola/wall-type, 3 and 4 FT sections, with/without illuminated canopy, dump baskets, bakery wire shelves, end panels, etc. Solicitation is for a proposed indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for a base period of 18 months and 2 additional one year option periods. Option periods may be exercised at the unilateral right of the Government. The Government contemplates making one award resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors, in descending order of priority, will be used to evaluate offers: 1) Price 2) Technical Capability; and 3) Past Performance. Price evaluation will be based on catalog pricing (including any discounts offered); pricing of commonly used shelving parts; and pricing of a proposed reset for which a store layout and other pertinent information will be provided. This solicitation is to be issued on an unrestricted basis. The SIC for this solicitation is 2542 with a size standard of 500 employees.
