The Contractor shall provide a qualified interpreter on On-Call use, Monday through Friday from 9:00am until 5:00pm, except Federal Holidays. Additional interpreters will be needed to assist the On-Call interpreter in any interpreting assignments within or outside of the SEC in all government sponsored meetings, legal cases, training sessions, and events. These services shall be provided at SEC DC Metro area offices(including Headquarters, Operation Center, Annex and District and Regional Offices. As the need arises, travel off-site with SEC employee(s) will be paid by the SEC. The period of performance will be for a base year and four option years of services.
