It will also include Congressional District Maps. The range of services shall include laminating and mosaicking to meet accuracy standards, permanent dry mounting, and framing. The graphic arts services shall include regularly scheduled and on-call pick-up and delivery services. The proposed contract will consist of a base year with four optional years. Procedures in FAR 13.5 shall be used for this procurement. Due to the requirement of frequent contact between Government personnel and the contractor, and the need for rapid response times for special work requiring a twenty-four hour turnaround, the Contractor must be capable of meeting with Government personnel at the U.S. Geological Survey in Reston, VA within an eight-hour response time.
