The materials will be used to inform and reinforce concepts presented in various PSA programs. The Contractor shall be able to provide educational modules (in workbook format) that address specific topic areas commonly addressed in substance abuse treatment. The educational modules shall be interactive in nature and provide defendants with written assignments that will stimulate cognitive learning.
