These items will be procured on a sole-source basis from Radstone Technology Corporation, Montvale, NJ. in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. These items have undergone extensive performance and systems compatibility testing for use in the Trident MK 98 Fire Control System. As a result of the unique design specifications, no other vendor's components can be substituted without the Government incurring substantial costs to have the system redesigned. See Note 22.
