The firm would be required to coordinate/provide speakers (possibly a celebrity), and provide informational binders along with other printed materials addressing family issues including relationships, separations and financial planning. A web page covering these issues and handling conference registration would also be required. The Air Mobility Command envisages one-day seminars for its personnel (military and civilian) at all twelve of its bases located in the continental United States. AMC CONF is currently researching its options and assessing industry's capability to accomplish this effort. AMC CONF makes no guarantees that a contract will be awarded for this requirement.
