Major work items include: Provide new 30_ flag pole, and demolish existing flagpole; Construct (3) 18_ steel square buoy pens with concrete floor, and 50_x 54_ concrete apron; Construct new 88_ chain link fence and new gate with electric opener and key punch operating system; Demolish three existing light pole fixtures; Construct (7) new area lights with 25_ tilt down poles. Provide new 100 amp panel and construct new underground electrical service to lights and gate. Provide (1) new telephone pole; Re-roof 2 story housing building with new asphalt shingles over existing shingles, and replace (1) wood exterior door; Re-nail existing cedar siding on housing building with 50lbs. of new 10d flat head spiral threaded box nails for wood siding; Replace the existing service panel with new 225a, 208/120 vac, 3 phase, 4 wire, 32 circuit panel as shown on sheet 7; Provide new 100a, 208/120 vac, 3 phase, 4 wire, 12 circuit panel and feed from service panel as shown on sheet 7; and, Provide branch circuit wires in rigid PVC sch. 40 conduit to seven light poles and 12 HP, 120 vac gate operator with two key pads and two close-stop push button stations.
