PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F65501-00-T0002 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The incorporated document provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 3728; small business standard is 1000 employees. This acquisition has been 100%set aside for small businesses. PROJECT: 1) 3 each ISU-90-KC-I Cargo Bins, AAR Cadillac p/n: 52133-032 OR EQUAL; 2) must have Haz Mat access; 3) fits 95.2% of all military and civilian aircraft; 4) has an aisle way which is compatible; 5) has configured profiles for the KC-10; 6) has an internal airlift/helicopter slingable capability; 7) color: green. Delivery terms shall be FOB destination. Delivery shall be made to the following address: MTMC, 1675 Lincoln Ave, Tacoma, WA, 98134. The following provisions and clauses are incorporated and shall remain in full force in any resultant purchase order; FAR Part 52.212-1; Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items is incorporated by reference. The provision at 52.212-2; Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to the solicitation. Award will be made based on low-price/technically acceptable offeror. The government reserves the right to make award on the initial quote received without discussions. The Contractor shall extend to the Government their standard warranty offered in similar types of sales. Acceptance of the warranty does not waive the Government_s right with regard to the other terms and conditions of the contract. In the eventof a conflict, the terms and conditions of the contract shall take precedence over the warranty. The warranty period shall begin upon final acceptance of the items listed in the schedule. This is a DO rated order with a priority identification symbol of C9E. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
