The Industrial Operations Command intends to procure the service and supplies to rebuild one (1) each Rockford Slotter, model number WV-08604. The Rockford Slotter is located at the Watervliet Arsenal, Watervliet, NY. Rebuild shall be in accordance with specification number 03-99-3418 dated 09/07/99. This acquisition shall be conducted on a full and open competitive basis. A firm fixed price type contract is anticipated. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation will be made available on or about 22 Nov 99 with closing date 30 days from issue. This solicitation is unrestricted. All contractors who provide goods or services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR) in order to be awarded DoD contracts.
