This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 00SQ307240 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 3491. The small business size standard is 500 employees. Simplified Acquisition Procedures apply. This acquisition is unrestricted. Line Item 001: Twelve (12) 6 inch, 300 lb. Flanged Full Port Ball Valves, Carbon Steel Body, 316 Stainless Steel Ball and Stem; includes Rack and Pinion Gear Handwheel Operator mounted for horizontal use and Trunion Bearing mounted. ANSI Standard AWWAC507-85. Contractor shall provide all materials in accordance with FAR 52.225-9, Buy American Act Trade Agreements Act Balance of Payments Program. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and transportation necessary to deliver the items to Bureau of Reclamation, Hoover Dam Warehouse, Highway 93, Boulder City, N 89005 within three (3) weeks of receipt of order. Deliveries will be accepted between 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, from Monday through Thursday, excluding Federal holidays. Acceptance shall be made at destination.
