In addition, this proposed effort is changed to reflect a five year, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract, with a minimum quantity of fifty (50)each BILD systems, with a total estimated quantity of one hundred (100) each over five years. First Article requirements are included. The forecast date for release of the solicitation is changed to not later than 24 November 1999, with a forecast solicitation response date of 27 December 1999.
