Description of requirements is as follows: Two new floodgates and associated parts for use in the City of Cairo, IL. The City of Cairo has purchased 4 of the same floodgates described in this solicitation from Flood Control America LLC. In order to have all the gates compatible with interchangeable parts, and to insure ease of assembly and installation during high water conditions, this acquisition is being processed as a sole source. Flood Control America LLC is the only known source that can provide the required floodgates and associated parts.
