ONE TO THE COMBINED Synopsis/RFO FOR BOLOMETER ARRAYS FOR COVIR INSTRUMENT SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS NOTICE. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their offer. This notice serves as the official amendment to the subject solicitation and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to add the following information: The Infrared Camera (IC) consists of an infrared lens triplet, a 240 x 320 pixel, uncooled microbolometer array, and 4 strip filters corresponding to the 3.55-3.95, 9.5-10.5, 10.3-11.3, and 11.5-12.5 micron wavelengths. All qualified responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The anticipated release date of the RFO remains unchanged at November 15, 1999. Offers shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFO posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on October 28, 1999 [and published in the CBD on October 28, 1999.] Documents related to this solicitation will be available over the Internet.
