The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Scott AFB, IL, will procure the following: On-site predictive, remedial, and preventive computer hardware maintenance services for twenty-four (24) Unisys Clearpath CPUs at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Western Hemisphere Defense Megacenters Ogden and Oklahoma City and Regional Support Activities Montgomery and San Antonio. Maintenance coverage will be 24 hours per day, 7 days per week with response time of two hours and repair time of four hours. The period of performance will be from May 2000 through September 2004 (base year plus four option years). The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this procurement is 7378. The anticipated RFP release date is on or around 19 November 1999 with proposals expected to be due approximately 04 January 2000. Vendor proposals in response to this RFP must be received in hard copy in accordance with the RFP. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
