The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command proposes to issue an order under a Basic Ordering Agreement with TRW Tactical Systems to procure and install modification kits into Government Furnished Property (GFP) Multi-Mission Optronic Stabilized Payloads (MOSPs) and associated equipment, Ground Control Station (GCS) and Mission Planning Stations (MPS) and modify software as necessary to accommodate the modification kit installation. The following modification kits are to be procured: two laser designator stabilized platform assembly kits, ten Forward Looking Infrared FLIR, FLIR Electronic Box (FEB) SPA kits, nine 770mm zoom lens kits, one 360mm camera lens assembly kit, forty payload control logic (PCL) autotracker kits and twenty-one shelter modification kits.
