The Internal Revenue Service requires outplacment services for non-bargaining unit employess and mid-, top-, and executive level managers, as well as relocation and job placement services for spouses and life partners of such personnel. The Service seeks a contractor's standard commercial package or packages of outplacement/relocation services appropriate for personnel in (1) clerical/administrative, (2) professional/technical, or (3) executive levels in the public or private sectors or in charitable, academic or other non-profit organizations. The term of contract is intended to be a base year and four one year options, coomencing on or about April 1, 2000. This is not intended to be a developmental effort.
